This post explains how to connect the Kixie Phone Dialer to the Behavior Sales Platform to automatically create your Post Call Analysis reports, along with access the Dialer dashboards for viewing Post Call reports.

How to Access Webhook with Kixie account?
- Inside your Kixie account open page Manage → Webhooks. Click to ADD button.
There are two options here:
1. Push all Answered calls to Behavior Sales
- Name - Fill the webhook name
- Event name - choose “Answered call”
- Webhook Url - paste URL you copied on BehaviorSales page
- Direction - choose calls directions
- then Save changes
2. Push calls based on Disposition
- Name - Fill the webhook name
- Event name - choose “Disposition”
- Dispositions - choose dispositions that will push call to BS
- Webhook Url - paste URL you copied on BS page
- Direction - choose calls directions
- Save changes
