Behavior Sales may collect information from you in several ways. Our clients instruct us on how long to retain Client Data, which we handle as a data processor. We may retain personal data for longer where required by our regulatory obligations, professional indemnity obligations, or where we believe necessary to establish, defend, or protect our legal rights and interests or those of others.
How long we retain your Personal Data depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process the data. We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Your BehaviorSales account provides you with the option to delete your data or data will be automatically removed based on the time limits within your account plan.
The Behavior Sales Website, apps and products are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the relevant age without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
